Descrizione:
The story of Ötzi the Iceman in images that reflect the landscape. South Tyrol, where Ötzi lived about 5300 years ago, from Sonnenberg mountain in lower Vinschgau to Similaun in the Schnals valley, with features that are characteristic of the Copper Age: cup-marked stones, "klumperplatten" (large horizontal stone slabs with a second stone on top), menhirs, settlements .... Life in the community with feasts and rituals and the work of the herdsmen and hunters. In 1991, Ötzi's mummified corpse was found by a couple, the Simons, near the Tisenjoch pass on the main Alpine ridge in the Ötztal Alps. Why was Reinhold Messner one of the first people at the discovery site? Why was this sensational find retrieved by the Ötz Valley mountain rescue team, brought to Innsbruck initially and only later to Bolzano? These are all questions to which the comic will provide genuine answers.
